Hello, everyone!

Its good to see a site dedicated to the betterment of these classic two-strokers!

I've been quite the lurker for sometime, now, ever since I heard of RDDreams from a friend of mine, and have only now got down to registering myself. Apologies to all, no offence was meant.

Like my friend, and by the looks of it, all of you good foks, I've been a die-hard RD fan since I can remember. Probably has something to do with the fact that I learnt how to ride on one, had my first (and last, thankfully) crash on one, and have spent joyous HOURS on end riding around on one.

At the moment, my garage is home to two of these beauties, both in pretty much the same condition they were in, when they left the assembly line. One was bought off a family friend who never got around to riding it (had 700 miles on the clock), and the other was off ebay a few years ago.

Being a member of the "older generation", I'm not the net-savvy kind (you know about teaching an old dog new tricks) and you must, therefore, forgive my tardiness in replying to any questions posed.

So, I sign off ( I believe that is the word) for the time being, and look forward to have a wonderful time in the future, sharing in all your experiences with these magnificent machines.
