LOL Its called the RD Dreams Buzz.
Allmost like a Drug. Very addictive.
Enjoy. :1syellow1:
You will over time develop a relationship with the bike.
Its allmost like the bike is talking to you. You can feel its moods and it can feel your moods.
It will let you know when its ready to be pushed. Try and run it in for at lest a 1000 Kms.
This dosent mean you cant sample the higher revs.
Run it in well and it will give you really good engine life.
Can you feel the connection with the bike when its tuned just right. Its allmost like an extension of your body.
Sweet dreams are made of this \:D/

THere is no such thing as VIjayeep Pistons.
He is just a reboring shop, the technical head as well as the owner is a good mate of mine. And I have access to their equipment and workshop.

Hi you should PM or e-mail such questions.
For the record I have a Philosphy on rebuilding machines.

Nobody but my self and the owner can work on the bike. No chokra boys no assistants. If it wasnt for this rule Id be runing a garage doing 20 bikes a month. Not 1 bike every 3 months.

The decisions as to wether I want the owner to help or not is taken on a case to case basis i.e. they guy shouldnt eat my brains to much. He should make him self usefull. Overall it helps if he is arround so he can see the level of care and ammount of work that goes into the bike.
A lot also depends on my schedule. If Im very busy with my I.T. work and can only work on the bikes at odd times then I do it alone.

I stress the point again I dont trust anybody else other than myself and the owner to work on the bike. I can get assistants to help for under 50 bucks a day. But I prefer not using them.
Ps: I find I work better alone. i.e. the job gets done better and faster. But its more fun if you have some company.
The only guy who has worked with me on my bike has been Danny.
As to my porting work and my R&D room. Nobody is allowed inside that room ever. Not even my wife LOL.

hi there Ron ,woke up the beast in the engine today, exceeded 5000rpm in 4th grear but only for a few seconds, wow what a rush the bike really started to pull, the exhaust note was really really different it turned into an angry roar, the experience was over in a flash. The bike could easily touch 100 unlike before. i mean very easily.80 comes up in a flash after that i am afraid to keep my eyes away from the road even for a moment.
