The CDI (Digital):
1. Two Male Bullets taped together. Typically White for pulsar and Yellow for source.
2. One Long Red Male: This is CPU power and needs 12 Volts + to work. You can connect this directly to a bat. for testing or to the Brown Female socket on the harness labeled CPU Power. Brown indicates its a live 12 Volts when the Ign s/w is turned on.
3. Four wires with females bullets. These are for the two HT coils. They will be marked +VE and -VE. The -VE wires go to the Green wire on the HT coils. The +VE go to the Black and Yellow wire on the HT coil.
4. Short Orange Female bullet: This is your digital Tacho out. It outputs a square 12 Volt pulse for each RPM fires.
5. Short Blue and White females wires. With two matching short Green male bullet. These are option wires. When open they are in default mode. When shorted to the green they are activated. One is for Wasted spark (Blue) on / off. And one is for Static / Dynamic timing (White). Typically you shouldn't touch these wires unless we ask you to for diagnostic purposes.

So this means the Digital 2 didn't have the curve 2 option. The bike just now got chambers on it and was seeing a huge flatspot on it from 2.5k-5k. So thought of making a note of all variables again before starting to dial in the bike.

Chuck those DGs mate, and get something better...
Shaving heads to increase compression might help. And I strongly recommend you get the Digital-III so that you can use curve-2. Keep the existing box as a backup.

Im thinking of doing a batch of pipes. But the batch has to be so large that the copy cats dont even get a chance i.e. sell 20-30 sets.

Ron, looks like the code for stator plate has been changed from white to W/G (pulsar). and yellow to Black/R (source coil). I used a multimeter to find that out, but still ,pl confirm.

The fact that they aren't radical or kickass by any means should point to the fact that they should be a good starting point to learn jetting with chambers on. (If my logic is correct)
Sadly, havent been able to figure out how to till now....
I don't trust too many guys with the chambers thingie. Hence using these cheap DG for now.

Yes you are correct , the female billet coming from stator plate are
white/green = pulsar
black/red = source ,if still in doubt or want to double check the wire which gives between 60 to 80 ohms is pulsar and the one between 220 to 300 ohms is source , if it is still not clear then read the install document again ,their is a diagram which clearly identifiies the pulsar and source .hope this has been helpfull.

Another update:-
Heads lifted today. What do I see. Bike is running same set of plugs as what were put when the CDI was installed.
Meanwhile, the bike has seen a blown crank seal on a long ride. Close to 500kilometres of riding in the same condition i.e. Oil pump + pre-mix + blown crank seal (tons of smoke from right cylinder).
No plug fouling. Pretty much clean plugs when the heads were opened.

bike now runs really gud with that jet mod by alexander dale or something dont remember ,, its rich frm 3k to 4k rpm ,but perferct everywhere else
the dg's are gud ,, powerband starts frm 6k and loses power near 10k
the left chamber leaks a bit and is dented ,, (dg's are really low )
and the left cylinders starts to knock after half an hour of ride ,, Any sugestions ?
i thought leak might be the reason ,, gonna lift up cylinders for cleaning and dg's getting repair so suggestions are open since i am geting my hands dirty

If your exhaust is leaking on a chambered bike it is a very serious issue.
Do not take it lightly.
I dont know what mod your running. Seems like you dont either. But if its the one where you drill out the air jet. Im not for it. And do not advise it. For any of my builds. But your on chambers. SO it may work. On stock pipes not a chance. Anyway jeting is the owners choice.
I can only advise.
Anyway fix that leak.

Ok i read the old posts.
Yes pulsar is the one with 60-80 Ohms
Source is 240-310 ohms
A leak on chambers even the most mild ones will cause havoc.
You will never get the jeting sorted with a leaky chamber.
Try the following jeting for a DG with the RDD CDI
Pilots 30 mains 250 for a stock HT, with DG pipes.
Once you get your exhaust leak sorted go back to runing stock carbs and see how it runs.
I cant give you any advise if you have moded your carbs.
Stock carbs I can help.

i have 3 sets of carbs ,, one stock ht that came with bike ,, they are in a box ,, then i had bought brand new mikuni japan carbs ( they are the modified ones with carb mod ) ,, 3rd is from us rd that i got frm usa ,,
first one i havent used ever ,,
i ran the bike on u.s. carbs till rajat got the air mod done on my other set frm some guy in mumbai , i think it was torque ,, rajat knows more abt it ,,
when i swapped for modded one ,, low end was better and so was high end (powerwheelied easier) ,, am sure after running non modded carbs for 3-4 months
before the mod both carbs felt same
important factor ,,
i keep same jets or i swap them whenever i change carbs ,, the jet remain same sent by u at 35 pilot and 240 main with the rdd cdi
i checked out the bike frm underside ,, the right chamber got hit and leaking also ,, the dg's are really low ,,
will get the dent out and get the welds rectified for non leaking fit ,
will post the results in a weak ,,

the dg's are fixed ,, no leakas at all ,,
runs really gud ,, stable ,, and large improvement to low end ,, pull nicely frm as low as 1300 now
didnt do a long ride as of now so cant say abt knocking but in the city heats up less and runs better

Rajat didn't give any carbs to me.
The only thing I remember about your RD is when I had come ludhiana and I had seen it at your place, you were talking about getting pipes down at that time, good to hear you got them down and working good.
