Guys, just joined today, thought I'd post the intro before I qualify as a lurker.
Im not a biker, more of a car guy or to be more specific an engine guy
I really dont care about the car interior,exterior,lights,AC or even ICE.
Just love to do RND and learn more about MPFi systems, its such a huge and interesting area.
My cars - Started off with a M800 carb version (second hand/ third hand..something like that) in college, moved to M800(12 valve) version with my 1st job.Dad had an OHC, so I also bought a second hand OHC Vtec for purpose of hardcore engine mods, had to leave for US so abandoned my OHC project midway. Im in US now and guess what I bought my fav "OHC" I mean Honda civic, its a coupe with a Vtec engine to continue my RND where I had left off in India.
Most frustrating part is I cant do mods to this coz I may have to return in some time again and dont want to do a "abandoned project part II"
Hope to learn from this forum and maybe contribute my 2 cents with my limited knowledge...

I think I joined that sweatshop a month or so after you left... Shrikant Rahurkar knows me well. He keeps talking about your midnight drives to Lonavla. Also knew you'd joined OC because my wife used to work there and Shrikant had done some work for OC too.

yep those days were fun.. open road no traffic loved to rip that small m800 on the highways, only thing possible/available on that car at that time was a free flow muffler..
