Hi everyone..my names Ron and I am from chandigarh.I joined today .I M a lawyer by profession.I ve got a 1994 model Rx 100 and love it to the core..I always wanted to buy a Rd 350 but couldnt ...financial reasons being the cause most of the times.Well I am finally getting a Rd assembled and actually thats what brought me here.This site was reccomended to me by a person who said if its RD info you want its gotta be rddreams.This site has a lot to offer and would certainly help me understand my would be bike better.tthe kind of knowledge base available there in south regardind rd's is not here in north.well i ll sign off now .take care everyone...

Welcome and dig some old threads about RD specially about Cylenders, Ports, Pistons, Bearings, Clutches, Connecting Rods, Carbs and most important thing is its electrical system along with Ignition system.

Hey spitfire..how u doing.By assembled I meant that i managed to procure a scrap bike which had papers but had not seen the light off day in last 10 years. ...and m getting the whole thing done up again.

Thanx scaryskulls....I am getting it re-build in chandigarh only.A mechanic named Avtaar is doing it.You must have heard about him.Although I really want a digital cdi installed i guess he has no clue about it so i think i ll have to stick to points.What is your take on it.

I have replied to your PM.
Avtaar is barely ok but nothing too good. And definately DO NOT fall for any wiseco shit that is told to you.

He can install RDD CDI. I have had one of my friend (Aeroguru on this forum) get it installed there. But you will need to understand the installation part yourself first and then guide him accordingly.

Well, with the number of chicken families massacred on account of Speedz' appetite, there has to be some muscle in him. :) Else all them poultry would have given their lives in vain. Of course, most of the chicken consumed seems to have accumulated around his waistline. :lol:
