Hi (intro)

Post by urdudesamy »

Hi

I'm Samy, moved to bangalore few months back.

Have just bought my an rd from my friend who is also rebuilding it for me back in Faridabad(NCR - Delhi).

Have been pasionate about a lot of machines which were born to lead but not liked by the common man. Starting from a HM contessa, Fiat UNO, Palio, Bullet, KB125, Jawa/ Yezdi, last but not the least - The RD350.

Started my journey with machines with a Rajdoot GTS (Bobby), moved on to a Bajaj Chetak and then to the Legandary RX100 (One of the Few - OEM 12V - Black with orange and red decals - Dn't know but I felt it was the smoothest RX100's built).

Moving from there to the common mans not so common in those days HH splendor. Actually till here it were my dad's machines I was riding untill I started earning and bought a pulsar to share with my dad (Yeah he rides the pulsar, nowdays), till I bought my First Machine with my own money the RE T'Bird. Have been two years now and with it been looking for a decent RD and the money backing to take the plunge.

Just did it finally.

It's like being a secret admirer of a girl for a long time and finally proposing her. Hmm.. priceless.

My facination for the rd started with the movie hero, jackie shroff etc.

Sound cheesy but thats the way it is.

Every time it was somewhere near I used to hear the mandolin with the hero theme playing and then everything went mute other than just the rd350 note.

Every time I saw the rd350, It was a different feeling overall. Heart would skip a beat, Would stop on the road to hear the RD exhuast.

Waiting to get my hands on her, when I go to delhi next week.

Need to learn a lot about this dream machine to make it run like its meant to be.

Your support would be appreciated.

Ciao
Samy

Be very carefull about pappers when it comes to Delhi / Faridabad bikes.
Lot of stolen bikes and fishy bikes and bikes which you cant transfer the pappers even if you try so be carefull.

Allways transfer the bike to your name then work on it.

Alrite captain...

Well it's a close friend of mine doing it for me, he has already checked the papers and have told me to get it done when I'm in faridabad. :)

Will be coming to you're office today or tomorrow to pick up the filters.
