Hello RDians..,

Post by karthik_ra »

Hello People,

Name is Karthik.
Location - Hyderabad.
I have joined RDDreams a couple of months ago.Haven't introduced myself till now, as I was waiting for my RD to get ready and after months&months&months...of trips to mechs & dealers and contacting friends in other parts of country for spares......finally she is(Well,,almost:-) ).
Though it was always my dream to own a RD, was little sceptical initially to buy one and restore(My friends had very bad experiences earlier). Seeing so many RDians well connected, have decided to go ahead.
You guys have started a gr8 community to keep the twins smoking. Really appreciate the sprit.
Heard a lot abt Ron & Gang.

Attaching a pic of my RD after restore.

Thats it for now.
Bye,
Karthik.

Yes, its from RX. Mounted it after few alterations and welds for battery and hinges.
Decided on using RX's after waiting for 20 days for the RD' base and wasting 1200 bucks in tring to clone RD's(It looked horrible).
