Car Tuning / Head Porting etc..

A lot of guys have been asking about this.

We arent jumping into building Car Exhausts right away simplly because the extencive cam and engine data required to do the same hasnt been collected yet.

We are offering Head Porting. The price is Rs 10,000/- Per Head 3 Cylinder or 4 Cylinder. 8 Valves or more.

You will get a computer print out with your RPM/BHP/Torque figures. As well as % improvement numbers in flow for the head. i.e. Before porting flow numbers, after porting flow numbers.

After porting you will get another Print out indicating RPM/Torque/BHP.
You will also get a print out off RPM/TPS/O2/EGT So that you can see what the improvements have been and wether they are in the RPM band you desired. You can also rest asured that your car is setup perfectlly and there is no danger of your blowing your engine due to any reason.

Head porting will be done using profesional porting tools and carbide cutters no Hand Drill / Dremel jobs here.
I belive we will be the first to offer such extencive Data for any tune in India. Others will copy / follow for sure.
Which is good news for car owners all over India.

Power measurements will be done with Gtech or Veypour. Our extencive suite of Dataloging equipment will provide the rest.
All this is includd in the Head Porting fees.

We also undertake testing of any Car with option to give you RPM/BHP/TRQ print outs as well as using our Dataloging eqquipment to check how well your car is tuned. For a small fee.
