Forget about buying an RD from Pune man. Buy something from 3rd tier cities such as Kolhapur or Nasik or Aurangabad (though even there the RD prices are slowly going into 6 digits :( ). Buy something legal as cheap as you can, then do it up. If you THINK you are getting a good deal, ride the bike ...
