This is a brilliant transformation! Congrats Pradeep & Ron. Should give something to those holding onto their Palio 1.6's.

Re: Dr.Jekyll -> Mr.Hyde conversion formula ;)
Well, time for another update after all these years. The bike doesnt get to run as much as the Karizma has taken over the commuter duties almost full time. However, it has been used on many track days, ridden by many people. All of them had one thing in their face after coming back to the pits - a ...

RE: Bike roars after UNI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@tandel - Congrats, glad to hear your bike's running fine. The best way to check jetting is plug chop. The RDD cdi will burn up anything you throw at it. So you can try lowering the clip (making it richer) and see if it revs out fine across a range of throttle openings on load (meaning you ride the ...

RE: Baleno - RDD Street Setup
Recently got to ride shot gun with Mohit on his car, the way it builds up speed and rpms is effortless. First gear acceleration literally pinned me back on the seat. Its got Ron's signature power band. Those who've ridden RDD prepped bikes will know what am talking about. This is truly a job well ...

RE: Baleno - RDD Street Setup
Congrats Ron & Mohit. I had a chance to get a glimpse at the kind of work Ron has put in on the heads. It has turned out to be really superb. Am sure once the other pending jobs are done, it'll only get better !

I guess its time for another long term update. I've been running pretty much the same setup except that the barrel has been replaced with a RDD street port 5spd barrel running .25 oversize piston (around 2005 end) . The rest of the setup - RDD digi cdi, Keihin pwk, UNI are the same as what it was 4 ...
