Run-In over, have clocked 470 km during run-in. Now have shifted bigger main jets, 220 mains(RDD size) and stock pilots. Wiring sorted and routed, all the electrical functions(Lights, Horn, Pilot lamp, turn indicators) are functioning now. http://img203.imageshack.us/img203/6724/ar43.jpg http ...

Lifted the needle to the middle position, it ran considerably hot, again switched to second from bottom, it ran cooler. Bangalore and Patiala has altitude difference, Bangalore-932m, Patiala-254m. taking this into consideration and humidity on an average-60%, should I upjet? @Ron What are the mains ...

Don't have the camera like Go-Pro.
Need to fix the fuel leak from Left side engine case, had re-sealed the Neutral Switch but again the oil is dripping.

Last week checked the compression, its 150 in both the cylinders. Still in Run-In. Pulls clean, surprisingly refined for a 2 stroke motor,Timing is tad on safer side, and needle position in 2nd from the bottom. Will post some pictures of spark plug after weekend ride.

Got some spare time today, spend it on much needed cleaning of the motorcycle, as it was quite dirty. It took around 3 hours to clean ](*,) the engine bay.
