err going off the flow but reg ur pulsar disc brake noise..its just cuz the pads are new they will set in soon and def by the first service it will be gone..

Hi sachin What kind of work does your bike need..if its in need of an engine rebuild and complete bike work then DONT LET ANYONE touch ur bike...pls dont get ripped off.. If it needs a service then give it to a good local RD mech(there are few in bandra) BUT make sure all the work is done in front ...

where you drawing power from. are all connectors proper? check spark strength..it shud be much more then normal CDI....whats ur timing at 1500rpm-4500rpm and then again at 6000rpm...have you doublechecked if ur bike is working fine with stock CDI?

a normal pulsar cap may work...it works fine on my bike..
