OK dudes seems like the matter is solved.... tried a lot of things thruout saturday...changed to fresh plugs, changed plug caps...tried going one notch leaner on the needle....fack tried everything that was possible but the bitch kept troubling at higher RPM's....one engine wud just shut down....got ...

Took the bike out for a spin yesterday late in the night yesterday so I cud find open roads....ripped the bitch apart...same issues again...the bike used to sputter and shut down on higher RPM's....as soon as I wud lower down the gears she wud start again...did not get the time to do what ron told ...

Sounds like fuel stravation. Balance the ammount of fuel in both float bowls. Then exchange the tubes at the tap. The non OEM taps have a bad habbit. Gas will only flow thru one hose at a time. WHen that carb gets full only then will fuel flow into the other carb. Try this experiment keep both fuel ...

Installed my Digital CDI, UNI's and 240 jets on my RD yesterday with the help of Vivek Jayasheel...Cud feel the freakin difference as soon as she fired up....Man oh man was she pulling after that....Crisper throttle delivery... smoother acceleration....engine running much cooler....cud feel atleast ...
