welcome - post some pics of the bikes. for me, i'd especially love to see the KB100... i had one in college. i miss those days.

technically speaking even a first over size done at the authorised service center is not road legal. but having said that, cops are usually lenient to most of the modifications except for engine swaps - and this is an engine swap. they are more than likely to kick your ass for it.

crap - i forgot that it's a fz frame. yep that's illegal.

one college which is quite old and which has offered a supposedly famous course in auto engg is mh sabu siddik (sp?)college in bombay. if you are interested, you might want to check it out.

yea i suppose. but my suggestion is that at the very least you try to patent the RDD stuff. remember you aren't raju roadside mechanic who is selling some home made gizmo... i'm guessing that since you sell online to other countries, if someone decides to copy the CDI kit, and probably patent it ...

ron haven't you tried contacting bajaj (the auto thingy).... probably sounds like a stupid idea.... but whaddaya know!
