My RX used to vibrate a lot before Digital CDI, So massage was free of cost. Now I pay extra for the same. Also I have a complaint....... after ripping my bike like hell, for years she is still performing like new. My mechanic is upset with me .... hahahahahaha. Uska dhanda band ho gaya hai

I love my bike and also searching for the RD 350. And I must say one thing for sure that RON sir rocks.

I am from vashi but not getting original RXG pulsar coil reading 70 ohms.
Asked in yamaha showroom but stock over.

What Sir Chinoy said is not to connect the Black & white wire kill wire on the harness to the cdi kill connector. It means I have to disconnect the Kill wire of CDI from the harness. I know the folding paper method to set time at 22.5 degree but is this timing correct to work the cdi best because I have seen some bikes running well at 18 degrees and some at different timings . So how can I know the correct timing for my bike . Is it by trial and error method or anything else.

I have used honda activa plug cap,and just drilled two holes for timing having problem with timing the bike. Can u plz send me the procedure to time the bike accurately plzzzzzzz on my email id (pankaj.tandel@relianceada.com) so that I can tell my mechanic to do so. And should I use RXG source coil ...

No not the lighting coil I am talking about souce coil of different sizes on different stator plates on two differnt RX-100 and both have differnt diameter of magneto as well.

Finally I installed the RXG kit on my RX-100. It was simple to connect the kit as per the instructions on the forum. All the grounding work is done neat i.e. metal to metal contact grounding. After that I drove the bike with the same timing and felt no difference then I advanced the timing by 4mm ...
