The li'l biatch feels like an LT on steroids, in the low end, it's getting VERY hard to resist the temptation to sample the upper echelons of the rev-band. After a nice 5-minute warmup early morning today, took the missus for a ride and her first words were "The ol' turkey has some giddyup now eh?"
Full review after run-in is complete, and another after I plug on the chambers. Going by the trailer though, I think the pipes would be overkill, I'm as happy as a stoned chimpanzee with whatever the bike is doing now.

Other notes:
One of the carbs was leaking, kinda funny for brand-new flatties, tapping it with the back of a screwdriver cured the problem. Stuck float-pin or something...
Running 5% oil and MASSIVE 280-sized jets on stock pipes, U-tube and Chinoy Filter pods. Smokes a bit but runs cleanly upto 4000 odd rpm (all that I had the guts to push her to).
I was expecting the engine to heat up a lot more than what it is doing right now. I dunno if it is the cool Pune winter (7 degrees Celsius at night) or the filthy rich jetting (no fouled plugs though) or something else. Timing is at 24 degrees.
I get the ring-a-ding-ding noise at startup and it goes away after 10 minutes of riding in traffic or half an hour of open-road cruising in 6th, at varying rpm.
Ron, you are the BESTEST 2-stroke guy out there...
